"No, no, no, wait!" she gasps, panicked by the vulnerability he has again released inside her.  "What do you mean?"

"Rafe and the others . . . they have me trapped in this hospital," he explains.  "It will only be a matter of time before they find me again."

"Well, I'll help you get out," she naively offers.    "What do you want me to do?"  He does not even have to ask for her to give him the escape he needs. Her hatred, spite, and thirst for vengeance have been vanquished by his slithery seduction.   Once again, she is his lovestruck victim.
To aid in his escape, Elizabeth somehow manages to steal a doctor's lab coat (complete with ID for a physician named Dr. Carter), along with some glasses, and, smiling playfully, helps Caleb assume his disguise.

"We are a good team, aren't we?" she giggles.  "So, what do you say, Dr. Carter, where should we run off to?  Paris?  Tahiti?"

"Anywhere you want," he promises.  "Is the coast clear?"

"Yeah, I told the security guard I saw you on the third floor, so they're all running there right now," she says, proud of her successful subterfuge.

"We don't have much time.  I'm going to go ahead of you, OK? . . .   Give me thirty seconds, then meet me in the parking lot," he whispers, kissing her quickly and hurrying out the door.
